Terms of Use

Kroglund lets you write a private letter to yourself and have it delivered by email on a future date you choose. You may only send a letter to your own verified email address.

We will keep your letter encrypted, deliver it as close to your chosen date as we reasonably can, and let you change the date or delete the letter at any time before delivery through your secure management link.

Use a real email address that belongs to you, and do not use Kroglund to store or send unlawful content or to harass anyone. We may remove letters that break these terms.

Kroglund is not a backup service or an archive. Letters are deleted after their retention period, and email delivery depends on providers outside our control. Please keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

If we change these terms materially, we will update this page and the date above before the change applies to letters already sealed.
